Comfortable, clean room for a great price. In town for a wedding and the hotel was very close and convenient to the venue. The staff was friendly.

We had a problem with the first room we occupied and the staff was very accomodating in that they immediately offered to move us to another room.

The motel seemed to be in a state of renovation. The first room had no smoke detector, just a hole in the wall. The bathroom fan didn't work. The carpet was wet under the sink. The staff, however, offered to move us to another room and it was a 100% improvement.

The position of this place was great, close to the Ezekiel Harris House and within a 10-minute walk to the lake.

This is an absolutely perfect and comfortable location in Augusta. The rooms are pet-friendly and brand-new, the bar is excellent.
